Looking pretty nice.
The colours work well, and it does have a good speed feel to it. I don't think that it looks complete though. Your text is very bland and just looks like it's been stuck there for the sake of being there.
I think it also needs something else around the outside to bring it out a bit more.
Kirby doesnt stand out enuf sorry to say, like Nutter say, no feeling of speed, well, the text... Its is like it is like you just slap it there for the sake of the text. and the placement of it do not looks good too...

Look up to tuts, let me just tell ya, my first sig was way worst than this.
colors are pretty nice.
things to work on= the text placement is eh, try moving it somewhere else and get a font thats alitte more bubbly to match the sig better. you need more effects, try using some c4ds, brushes, filters, etc...

You need to work on some of the light areas and a focal point.
Overall : 8/10. It's a nice signature.
The text really was slapped on quick cause I got lazy and it was late, thanks for the comments i'll tinker with the text later
