alright lets see here i like the colors on the tag ummm i dunno whats going on in the background and the effects are alittle random imo good try but not your best at all keep working man i know you can do better :)
I like the depth but the flow seems a bit off, the blue(or purple) orb in his left arm doesn't feel like it fits, y'know? Overall it just seems very messy.

Yes it's a bit messy, I just threw in the first best things could think of.
Text looks good, but I mean other than that not liking it. Like everyone else sid the BG kills it
gd job, rad, but the color dun fit the sig... well, but text is PERFECT!
couple things to work on, the flow is thrown off by the c4ds because they dont fit well. colors dont match very well, use some gradmaps and adjust layers to fix it.
text is nice, smudging is nice, gj
