They are good for a start, but more could be done to improve the readability. Also, you can smudge the elements to blend everything together into one entity.

Also when resizing your images make sure you keep them in proportion. The render in the one at the top has been warped and it looks a bit tacky. Good stuff for a beginner though, check out a few tutorials on sig making techniques and you'll improve a lot ;)
