This is really cool. Love the effects and colours, lighting is pretty cool. Not too sure on the white dots. Both versions are really cool. Keep up the good work! :)
this is pretty nice man. the effects are great but there are a couple things that need to be fix (IMO)
- the white dots are alittle to bold and take away from the piece, my advice would be to lower there opacity and put them on overlay.
- the lighting seems alittle foced, and idk where its coming from, its just a white soft brush. i would suggest moving it up to the top of the sig, that way it looks more like its coming from above down onto her, and then working with the burn/dodge tool.

Yep, the white dots are kinda annoying. Not enough to distract from the hawt colors though the sig is very eye-candy which I love, but you oversharpened it in a few areas.
