Nice ..but the BG seems to be a little bit messy..like a grunge style..so it dont fit with the clean Manga Cut.
The Text would be better if you wouldnt use this outlines on it.
And maybe use a more compact Font...if you know what I mean.
Then it would be nice if you put some Effects on it ..an eyecatcheris needed.
And always play with the light ...the Focus must be brighter than the rest...here is everything bright.

V2 is much better. Though i think you need to create flow on both.
