I think it needs a LOT of work, the colours, depth, flow, composition, lighting, just keep at it man, you'll get better.
Hmm.
Colours -> I did her sepia deliberately, i had to bring her out and i didn't know how.
Depth -> Perhaps i did this at small amount.
Flow -> Someone i can do it, sometimes not, aww.
Composition, Lighting -> Forgot that, lol.

What I mean by colours is that they are very random and don' go together at all, mainly the bg.
There is no depth because all you have really dont is brushed the bg and smudged, try something diferent!:)
You should learn about flow, it can make or break a piece:)
The lighting still isn't great and the composition is the exact same:/
Keep it going, you wll get better! glad to see people trying large art rather than sigs!:)
Valid points made by iScribble...all those aspects come into play on a quality p.o.w.
If you notice, they also apply to photography..lol keep at it you will get there!
