Too bright at his hair, lower the opacity. Doesn't blend, and some smudging is required. Then it has poor depth and you should make a lot higer contrast between render (or whatever is it) and background. You're getting better :P

I agree about the light source..way too bright

I don't agree about smudging tho; not all tags need smudging. Since it's basically a vector style, i would expand on that and make them interact with ur render. keep at it Noend:)
