I prefer v1 actually but i think u need a stronger light source coming from behind him so it lights up both sides of his head:)

Hmm the thing that sticks out most to me is the font. Looks plain and needs some more effects

I was told to always try and keep the font subtle and simple, you want to draw peoples eyes to the actual pice of art first, then let them read the text second.
