this last one was done using a friends cannon (cant remember what camera it was),shutter time of about 45 seconds, ran around in black hoodies lighting up the gravestones and tree with torches

second is my fave too. trains are great for long exposure.
I found for pics without a tripod if you ytake a deep breathe and then slowly exhale, it's easier to stay steady than holding your breath.
very nice pictures indeed. technique for the last one is very interesting ;)
