Looks like you're determined to make a car tag..lol I love the colors and some of the effects are hot.
The main thing i see that needs tweaking is the flow here. The effects are going all over the place but it's not too bad. You have some implied motion in the pic and i think ur effects should go with that. Keep at it bro cos ur getting a handle on it.

I have thought about it and i will try my hand at making a tut of my tag and try to help. I'm not usually good with car tags either but i got a good idea and let my mind wander a bit..lol:D
