It's been a while since i've dropped in ^^ i'd crop it up to the chest and get rid of the Red border. Usually borders only look good in Black or white. Cinematic Black might look quite nice =)

You need to work on your depth and lighting and a bit on your colour because its a bit mono atm but otherwise ur getting better

I think it's far too chaotic and there's no defined flow. It's all a bit random. I think you need to read some of the tutorials on placement and flow to try and move on from a messy style, otherwise (honestly) you won't improve.

i can make good ones but i like my chaotic styles XD >_< thanks thought ill try to make a sig with sum flow

The render is over smudged, sorry, and the text isnt doing anything for me.
Also why not try a different size? IMO sigs look better arround 430PX width and 140Px Hight.

Another thing is on a chaotic sig like that, try making the border 1Px, looks better IMO

work on your depth and lighting.

as of now there is no depth- try using bg stocks, c4ds, etc

also no lighting- find the lighting on your render and work with it

the effects are once diminsional. just kinda the same thing all over the place. try and create more and better effects with some c4ds or stocks or different filters.
