Last one looks the best because the text stands out more.

I like the last one also. I like the bg and stars but need to get rid of the stars over the render. I like the text. Blending needs to be better too.

yep, same here. the last one is best, and do what bfg said, get the speckles off the render and it should look a lot better. nice one
