You can get them from various places, there's some packs here on the Void you can download, but your best bet is deviantart. :)

I get them from Deviantart.com.
Search: C4d package.
Download some of them and you have some c4d's.
You can also get them on planetrenders.com.
But Deviantart is that best :p
It's named C4D's ;)
As the previous posters said www.deviantart.com and www.planetrenders.net is the places to go, just search for c4d, c4d effect or similar. A hot tip is MrRobin, you can also find his packs here in the resources section.
