I'd get rid of the brushes on his face, it really messes up the focal. I'm really digging the text though.

Personally, I think the grunge aesthetic isn't working well with the render.

Also, as Kotora said, get rid of the effects on his face.

well its not actually a sig.. its a banner.. but i think its the same:D

I see the ripple at the back of the render! you can make it to 80% opacity. :)
I like the paint! very nice! Maybe you can just remove all the brushes on his face and just add some gradients?
