I think the black and white contrast works really well with the tag, but why did you sharpened it soo much? O.O Lower the opacity on it and it should be alright. =]
I think the main thing of car sigs is creating flow in it. but it's not really here IMO
Not so fond of the B/W either, colors gives you soo much oppurtunities(dunnow how to spell itxD)

I wouldn't cover up so much of the car with effects. looks pretty good overall:)
It's very nice, but the text is a bit distract, try changing the color of it to gray.
Also, I think too much of the car is covered up with effects, if possible, try to show more of the car.
And a tip: Try to use C4Ds next time.

The brushes you used dont match with the render (or stock). And i think it will be better on colour.
But its not bad ;)
