How to make this texture?

Well, I'm creating a theme for my iPod Touch, and I have a style that I like but I'm not sure about how to go about and recreate this?

You see? Its the grainy kidna thing. I have no diea how to go about doing this?

Anybody point me in the right direction please?

EDIT: Oh crap :S Really sorry, just realised I posted this in the wrong forum, could someone please move it?

Filter>Noise>Add Noise

Check monochromatic
mess around with that till you like it.

*tip* if you can't quite get it right there, duplicate the layer you want the noise on, add noise to like 50%. set to softlight, and adjust the opacity. (makes it easier to adjust)

be sure to make sure it's UNIFORM tha you check as well as monochromatic or the noise will look too big. and go no higher than 4
