Someone used to tell me, "2d subject and 3d render never go well." And i always objected to that and made sigs. But i think it is applied here. Making a sig can never be more easier than eating a pie. Because you can generate more effects in sigs than an lp, due to difference in amount of space.
This signature can be more worked on. Like there are certain areas such as blending and lighting that you need to work on. At the moment, it looks flat to me. whenever you have a 2d render, make sure you generate effects with the help of 3d renders, so that it supports well. You dont have to worry about the size of the effects because, the amount of space available to you is small, so if you insert even 1 render it will be full.
This will need some brightness/contrast layers, looking quite dull and flat. Contrasting a signature will be better option, because you can easily create a light source in a signature. I actually like the surroundings and the mood of the signature. I would say, add some color layers, to make this look more interesting. Like light yellow or such spots, if you dunno how to, just follow my spiderman and transformers tutorial (OMG I JUST ADVERTISED MY TUTS) *hits self* /facepalm.
Yah so overall cool signature as your first try. But you made the same mistake i did when i was new. I too said "My first try w/o tuts"
that ruins it, I realised later. You need to take on any type of critique that comes to you, harsh or not. After that you tell them that its your first time or not :)
thnx for the cnc buu.
made some edits

any more cnc on imroving:D?
Yup, now it is over cntrasted, just move the bar a little towards right. Even if you cant see it is affected. reduce some blue, desaturate a little, add some dodge/burn layers. the face has suddenly become too bright. Make a light source. :)
k ill try wen i get home.
