the vector needs to be more than main focus maybe sharpen it abit.
You've covered the vector with to many effects and stuff, move that layer more on the top of everything else or erase some. And I'm not sure if flower brushes fits the Sub, I would go for ice stuff.
I would like to see the full size vector ^u^
10x for advices i can't move the render up cause its LQ-ted and i tough i should add ice but it was to late gonna add on the next sig with him and here's rad the vector u wanted to see (its cuted cause i made it from this pic :

Nice but you could have cleaned the edges. You don't have to follow the original pic to 100%, it's your creation, make some changes of your own like and necereasy improvements.
Just something to keep in mind till next time ;)
