The pattern overlay kills it for me I am sorry to say,
Lower the opacity big time or remove it. Or you can movie it behind the text and design.
The coloring is nice, but the overlay hurts the eyes.
The Texture/Pattern Like New said just kills it.
The colors are nice and soft.
Only bad thing is the pattern
I actually like the pattern used. You could take this in a different direction, and have only the shapes in the pattern colored in, and the space between them in white, like the rainbow color, but with everything. That way your logo in the centre. And doing that you won't get an eye strained blur effect. Do the same with the text, and remove the border.
