I dont like how the background is completely black, it looks too empty for my taste. And the text doesnt look right either, the font looks too stretched and the bevel effect makes it a little hard to read, imo.
But nice overall n_n

Well, it's not horrible, but it isn't finished. Definitely fill the background. Maybe try to find a stock that would match the colors, and that might be a quick fix for it. That long blue streak next to him should be erased. It is too distracting. Also, work on the text.
