couple things:

its a bit uneven, there are alot of effects at the bottom, and not many at the top. try to make your sigs equal in weight and effects.

its also a bit blurry, i would definitely sharpen the render if anything

The blending in this sig is flawless, there is a clear upward flow, and overall this is a great sig.
Only thing I might have done is decrease the height a little. That is a personal preference, however like I said, great sig.

it is a very nice sig. I cant really comment on the effects as i dont use my effects in this way. but i think your text really takes the sex outta your sig. In this sig you have chosen the color that is least noticable in your effects so it doesnt blend well. i suggest you darken it down a little bit.
