K-Jump

rmmm.. what you mean by that question?

i'll tell you what i did with this text:
first make the text, then hide that layer. on a new layer: apply image.
clip that layer on the textlayer. unhide the textlayer. now move the applied imagelayer until the text looks nice..... then in the layer-window highlight both layers and at the bottom of the layer-window click on the chain-mark. (cs4). Both layers are now linked and if you now move the text around, the clipped layer goes with it. hopefully this answers your Q. :)

ps.
in cs3 it is even more easy to link layers. in the layer-window, the layer that is highlighted has 2 checkboxes. 1 with an eye and 1 with a brush.
all the other have 1 with an eye and 1 empty. just click on the empty checkbox. a chain will appear and that layer is linked to the highlighted layer.

Chon, he did that with the insert link button. It is the tool shaped like the world with a link at the bottom right of it.

Anyhow, about the signature. I'm not a fan of this one, but I've seen your other stuff and I like it. This one seems way too scattered in my opinion. No flow.

the example starts with [* etc....
the * should not be there, but if i leave it out the link would be there.

if you edit your profile there is a "link" button, that works the same. for all of us lazy sods, lol!!
