i'l put aside my burning hatred for the guy...

It's overtopazed.
The render needs some more blending.
Also I would remove the green c4d at his left arm.
Maybe work some more with the burn and dodge tool to create better lighting.
Blur the BG to create some depht.
Not your best work IMO. You can do better.
