It's pretty nice.
The text placement is good and flows with the "feel" of the tag.
The only problem I see are the scanlines.
I added scanlines cuz that side is blank/// should I remove it?

V2 is better IMO :D
Maybe erase some of the pink effects on the focal ;)
I also like the text. It's like it belongs on his pants :p
