think it could benefit with greater contrast, what do you shoot with?

I get the feeling this is shot through a window or something... Is that true?
I agree with Scribble on the contrast btw. ^^

IMo it'd be better if you took it from outside but not too bad. I'm not exactly sure where the focal is. I'd keep it up but next time keep in mind the principles of art you have learned in other mediums. :)
