The effects around the focal and the reflection in the water (i guess :p) are very cool man :D I like the lighting also. The background doesnt fit very well but it's not bothering me so much ;)

I think I would change the text a bit.

Except the text, everything is cool, i like the efffect you gave to your background, it give the impression your render came on earth from another planet !

only bad things are the text on v1 and the top right corner. the top right corner just doesnt mix well with the rest of the sig.. Great job on this i love scyther..
