Ok, first of all, the v1 is better but i would have put a different light on the render.
But really nice bro 9/10

the flow is good, the lighting is slightly strong, its..eh ok, the problem u have here is mostly 1 thing...1 HUGE thing...if u look, you blurred the background to provide depth and contrast with the girl and the background...but then u sharpen, and even wayy oversharpened the c4ds to the right of the girl..plus it looks like u cut it and intentionally distorted the picture, which unfortunately doesnt really work, so u should work on that alittle :), and 1 other mistake is just that u need to blend the c4ds better with the shoulder of the girl
and the colors u used for this is fantastic, looks like u tried a british flag theme to it.
they are nice man i like v1 better :) good job man i agree with kritez you have grown alot good job man keep it up
