Scarecrow Signature

Hello, today I tried making a signature with some smudging.
Because I'm quite new to photoshop I had trouble smudging in the direction I wanted to, and I encountered some kind of invisible wall wich kept me from smudging to the left:confused:. Anyways, this is the result:

Advice and criticism are more then welcome.

Most important tip I'll give you is don't upload as a JPEG because they lose image quality. Upload as a PNG next time.

i ALWAYS upload as JPEG o.o and i have good quality :D and btw nice sig :D quite amazing since your a begginer :D

Nevertheless, they lose image quality.

smudge wall: the thing that messes me up the most is when i accidentally select part of a picture without realizing it, i'll be in the middle of a line and all of the sudden i'll literally not be able to draw in another part of the picture. thats the only thing i can think of that would make it do something like that =\ idk otherwise

looks pretty good ^.^

I was orignally using Jpegs but i switched to Pngs
As for the sig it looks a bit to sharp
i hate that black space to the left:p
Text is nice though
Keep at it :)

I dont like the text and coloring

its quite good considering your new to photoshop,
as for formats, i think .png is the best format to save images with.

That's the result of my smudge tool refusing to go to the left.
