That guys face doesnt looks so good. I think that the smudged bg is a bit too much, although the c4d's look ok. But they could be better...
Flow is missing, normally I dont care about flow, but here its just nothing.
Depth worked out a bit, but like the c4d's , it could be better.
But looks pretty good =D
I kinda like the effects.
But the face looks overtopazed? You really need to fix that cause It doesn't look good at all.
I also think you should change the text.
Remove the lines that are next to the text.

yeah, a little too much topaz for my taste. but the effects are nice.

bad maked focal and text style is out also i dont like the coloring in the sig and some parts on it
