hmm looks like brushes splattered randomly,also glow made with soft brush, no flow, no focal, no lighting, sharpen the focal bro :D, the text aint that good too though the placement is good, try to sharp and darken edges add lighting.... why not look a tutorial and recreate this sig ;).

agree with sherry. nice colors tho. deside on a flow direction before you start adding things.

Meh read some tutorials an you'll improve quickly however I will say nice colour choice :-)
