It looks like some of the places are selected.
That really ruins the sig.
Also you need to work on the flow.
Text is mwah. You need to move it some closer to the focal ;)

Effects awesome for a beginner,
Text should be close to focal as cs4pro said,
that effect layer on dissolve doesnt fit there,
you need to learn about flow.
