I like it! Simple and with nice effects. I've always liked that kind of sigs, but that style it's too complicated to me.

The "new style" could be removed to imrpove the text IMO.

It really doesn't look much different from your older style, it just looks simpler. And simple can be good, just not in this case. Good work on the focal it stands out well, but other than that, it's plain.
