Did a splatter clipping mask, but smudged the splatters with a scaled down version of the splatter brush, and i think it made for a nice effect! CNC welcome.

I've seen a couple of other sigs from you and you seem to like using scanlines and a few select gradients a lot. That said, move on from that, the scanlines dont' really fit the piece and the overall tone of the colors is monotone and boring.
Try different gradients on different blendings they can improve your sig colors a lot. Mess around with other adjustment settings like saturation/hue/colors/curves, etc. Also, the jet seems to be oversharpened. Go easy on that and remember to erase some parts to give more attention to the focal.
