There are some things you need to fix.

First of all, the blending.
I can see you tried to blend the render. But it's not really working for me. I think you need to let the head as it was. Dont blend the head to much cuase that looks weird.

Then the lightning.
I don't see any lighting in this tag. I guess with some lightning it will look much better then now.

Also work on you flow.
The effects are going to the right, to the left, they go up and down. Fix that :)
