I do like the effects in this one :) the colors and smudging are also nice.
the border is to thick IMO. I don't like the clipping masks on the right side. It is too distracting.

I would also change the text.

V2 is a lot better, text isn't distracting, the colors are well done, the render remains the main focal point, all in all good job man.

v2 is way better. Love those effects and the color choice is cool.
