Nice positioning of the render. I like how you created effects around the focal, it really helped it to achieve that sense of depth. Overall i like the composition of the sig. I would work on the lighting and those circle bobs are distracting so remove them. The text, remove the stroking and choose a more "professional" like Times New Roman.

Not bad at all for a first, but the effects are very low quality which is always a big challenge in sprites since most of them are so small. I kinda like this approach to this though. It's different. KIU
I really like the colours around the focal. The flows real nice too. It all fits together really nicely. I think you should have more 'action' in it though. At the moment, it feels quite in-animate [which obviously it is, but what I mean is that there's nothing going on, no sort of 'fight' taking place]. I don't know how to explain it. Hopefully, that makes sense. No sarcasm please! ;)
Text could use a little work but it's not too bad.
