You overdid my blur thing abit on some places. you gotta keep it really low.

the hair should have stuff like I told you. Clothes shouldnt, and a weapon shouldnt too.
just deselect what you dont want with the polygon(?) tool.

I have found a simple way though. not sure if that is the 'hard part' you meant
