This is very nice. I love the green colour around the focal. I also like the flame effect you've created.

The placement is really nice and the black around the outside [where it sort of fades out] is pretty cool.

I think the text needs some work though, have you tried experimenting with clipping masks?

Also, I'd break the green up a little, add another colour to break up all the green.

Overall, a good tag. Keep it up. :)
