This looks really nice man. Nice use of the liquify tool and the depth in this is good. Good contrast going on. I would make more use of the colours you use in that effect by the focal so it doesn't become random. And try make the focal stand out more.

I had to lean forwards to see what the focal was, and still didn't see it all that well. Tone it down a bit, to many effects is overkill.

I agree with furbz, its hard to see the render, and its a little too "busy" for me. Effects are awesome but maybe in a little bit of moderation.
