its a nice tag, cool effects ! ... only i would say, would be how the render is centered :S
But other than that cool tag :)

looks good, text needs work and could use a few more effects

Yeah that was my first problem but his head kinda tilts in a slight angle but IMO it would just looked plain if it would be xactly the same as in the right and the left. Just a slight difference. xD

Effects are pretty nice. :)
I don't like how you can only see the head of the render.

Lightning needs some work. Look at your render and you'll see where the lightning is comming from. Place a lightning source there.

Also the text is not good.

i agree with CS4.
it's just a head. that makes it dull. put at least some shoulders in. makes the focal more interesting imo..
