Mad eye

I made this in Photoshop CS3, there are about 50 layer and everything is done with brush and pen tool, I added a little spider web, painted and the work was done;)

The eye looks really cool, The eyebrow is a bit off.
maybe you should've done something with the bg to make the eye even more madder:p

Really vivid detail on the eye, I like the black outline it makes the red stand out a lot and it works. The cobweb out the eye could be a little bolder, it gets lost a little within the image.
