i love daft punk :D it looks cool but very empty

little too flat and overuse of blending options on the border, imo you can add more effects and adjustment layers. (looks a tad flat as well)

I tried to get rid of that shadow on the right... but I just couldn't do it.

cut the border into two parts with the marquee tool and dont use blending options on the right side :)
or rasterize the blending options by creating a new layer below the layer and merge them. then manually remove with marquee
