Mouse not working

What to do?
I'm using my tablet right now, if anyone is wondering.

Kinda vague. It could be all kinds of things. Depends on the type of mouse, the operating system, old drivers you may have, and who knows what else.
Mice are cheap anyhow. Toss it and buy a new one if you can't get it going.

thanks. I'll be trying a different mouse before buying a new one though.

If it is a USB mouse, try a different USB port, or go into the hardware window and see if there is a USB port having an issue. If it is a bluetooth or wireless, make sure the batteries are good, and make sure they are connected.

If you have another mouse lying around, hook it up and see if it works, could be as simple as a dead mouse, or more complicated such as bad driver.

just tried a different mouse, it works perfectly, so I just need another mouse.

Cheap mice are cheap, decent ones arn't:)

Okay, now I'm really confused.

When I logged in my computer the mouse worked! but 10 secs after that it didn't again!
