I like the colors you used and how you smudged the stock logo.
but the text is a bit to sharped, try to use some Blur on it to blur the edges.

The text (the focal part, man =o) is over-shapened, I liked a lot of smudge, but in this logo, it wasn't the best thing to add =/
Try to draw the logo in a paper and do what you drawed hell'ya =D
