Hey it whont let me open or place any render from planet renders, it comes up with this error. "Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot pass the file", can anyone help me?

You find the render you want click into it and shows like the rating people give it and the comments and stuff, click the render there and then it will bring up render in a bigger size and then when it is fully loaded right click and then save as and save it anywhere you want, after you go through all that, in photoshop or w/e program you use, go to file and then open and find the render and open it in your program
