Pretty sweet smudge or stock but the blending is nicely done. I would remove the effects you have there though. It gives a tone of color but it just too random as it is. Also the lighting is too strong and the contrast is too weak. Tone down the light and introduce other lighter, sober colors to the piece. Its mono right now.

Thanks for the comments, gonna have a mess around with it now.
I used a clouds stock at the front and smudged the ones in the background

EDIT:
Increased the contrast and removed the blue c4d line but, the signature looked really dull without the effects
