Well, The Right Side is empty :/
His Face is blurry
Tone down some of the Fx(Better Blending.)
There a Huge contrast Between the black left and the blue right, burn it a bit there
Also try adding that gold line thats on top to the other side also, itll fill the space
Or maybe just crop for better dimensions

I think the splatter to the right looks displaced. Remove it. I like the hard smudge at the bottom and top. Adds some nice lighting and color there. Remove the border and use standard one. Interesting compo overall. I would like to see this improved:) Keep at it and keep it up!
