The lighting is too strong. Make it softer. Also I don't like how the render takes up most of the canvas. Can't appreciate the other elements in the piece that way. However I would suggest working on lighting and contrast. Its too strong and too weak, respectively speaking.
i couldnt do to much to this as the original image had text on both sides and the background was bright green with a dirty purple robe so i thought id make it more like a painting
