Guessing you haven't seen the SAW films xD its one of the traps he gets stuck in :)

only thing is the blur tool settings for the part below his head are way to blatent

Hmm i actually cant remember, not seen the film for a while, ill have to watch it again soon haha, i reccomend it though, even though there are 6 of them haha
