Pretty nice sig.
I think the text ruins the sig a bit.
also the splatter above the text isn't working IMO.
Also I would remove the black and white thingy above the text :p
Try to add better text or just remove it ;)
The effects under Spidey are cool :D And you used nice colors.
There isn't much depht in the sig...
Blur the BG a bit.
Overall pretty cool sig.

The colors need work on. Nice focal placement. Remove the text and splatter above. Good elements you used but the they need better blending.
